GENERAL POLICIES

• Must be 18 years of age or older to rent any of our equipment. If your date of birth is on or after June 30, 1996, you need to pass a boater safety course to operate a boat. You will need to supply certificate at check in

• You pay for the gas you use. Every boat starts with a full tank of gas. You can only put gas from Middle Channel Marina into the boat.

• Multi day rental may be kept away from the marina with approval of location before taking the boat

• No refund due to early return or for incoming bad weather during rental period

• Late return fee will be added to the gas total

• Must have credit card on file for security deposit when checking out boat

• Intoxicants are strictly prohibited. For the safety of our guests service will be refused to anyone under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol.All persons involved with our rentals acknowledge that said rentals are potentially dangerous and agree to hold Middle Channel Marina, all owners, employees and affiliated properties harmless.

• Cleaning fee of $175 will be applied at check out
• Looking for a unique experience to stay overnight out in the bay? We will anchor the boat out in Muscamoot bay or Fisher bay for your stay. An extra $300 dollars will be added at check out includes boat fuel. We will not move the boat to one of the bays during a Lake st. clair boat parties. Generator fuel will be extra.
  • If overnight bay option is choosen: Must have your own boat or rent a dinghy to get back and forth from the House boat to the marina during your trip. 

• Cancellations made 14 days or more before your reserved date are eligible for a full refund, less a 10% processing fee. 

• Cancellations made between 2 - 13 days before your reserved date are eligible for a 50% refund.

• Cancellations made within 48 hours from your reserved date will receive no refunds of any kind, regardless of whether or not the equipment is rebooked by another party.

NO SHOWS
